Ryobi Circular Saws

The Ryobi ECS1519 circular saw uses a 7.5 inches saw blade. This blades size is usually very affordable while giving the utmost cutting function. The cutting depth of up to 66mm at zero degree and 50mm at 45 degrees bevel, the standard size of 16mm makes it most common find in the hardware stores. The standard sizes also allow for a choice from many blade brands available. The Ryobi ECS1519 base plate is very strong and solid. It can resist bend unless extensive force of twisting is applied but with significantly small flex only is evident. The bevel measures 0 to 51.5 degrees while the scale is etched in every 5 degrees from 0 degree to 45 degrees. To reach certain high degrees, maneuvering the knob and adjusting the nut is needed.

The physical features of the saw include the following; front handle of this saw is different from any other circular saws. Instead of the rounded knob-like mold attachment in front, the ECS1519 has something like a baggage or luggage handle design. This handle design offers a comfortable carrying around the tool without endangering the hands due to slipping. A spindle button for locking purposes is located on the front as well as the rear portion of the tool. This is a good feature to control blade nut tightness and helps during the removal and installation of a blade. Aside from this, a removable riving knife comes with the tool fitted at the back blade, which usually prevents accidents and injuries by stopping kickbacks, which are very dangerous. But the knife is not recommended for cutting purposes. This tool also has a 30mm. diameter port dust collector situated at the back and top portion of the upper blade guard. A collection nozzle is also supplied which is angled and easily rotated to any direction. Depending on the amount of work to be done is the amount of dust to be collected. This tool is usually recommended to be used outside for easy debris cleaning.

Lastly this Ryobi Professional saw has a 1500 watt motor that is double insulated which is equivalent to approximately 2 horsepower. It gives just enough sound and zero load speed. The precise rotation speed is 5,500 min-1 with this, it is recommended to buy blades that can accommodate this speed. The saw has a “D" shaped handle design that is slanted forward to help in the forward pushing motion. Its ergonomic design makes a snug fit into the hand that ensures no strain on the hands and renders it easy to hold. Back balance bias is excellent in carrying the tool around.
